What we do not collect
In Phase 1, FlourPilot has no user accounts, database, uploads, payments, active analytics, advertising pixels, or behavioral profiling. Calculations run in your browser; calculator inputs stay in page memory and are not sent to a FlourPilot server. The tools provide informational estimates; verify results before using them professionally. The site does not ask for or store personal information. If you email contact@flourpilot.com, the email services involved handle your message under their own policies; FlourPilot does not operate a contact form or contact database.
Language preference cookie
FlourPilot uses the first-party cookie fp-lang-pref. It stores accept:<locale> after you accept a language suggestion or reject after you dismiss it. It is set on /, uses SameSite=Lax, lasts 365 days, and is marked Secure over HTTPS. It only supports the optional language suggestion, does not control routing, contains no personal data, and is not shared.
Your rights
Because FlourPilot does not collect personal data through the site in Phase 1, there is no personal data to access, correct, or delete on our servers. You can clear the preference cookie in your browser at any time. Messages you send by email may be retained by the email services involved under their own policies.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated as the site changes. The last-updated date above will reflect any change. If advertising or affiliate links are introduced, commercial relationships will be clearly disclosed.
